DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

Top-Down Arena respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Our content

The game code, text, graphics and sound effects on this Site are original or are used under open-source licenses. Game sounds and music are generated by the browser in real time. We do not host user-uploaded files, so infringement claims most often involve text, branding or design that someone believes was copied.

How to submit a takedown notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act for one, and you believe material on the Site infringes your rights, send a written notice to our designated contact at yuthindia33@gmail.com. Your notice must include:

Incomplete notices may delay or prevent action. Please be aware that knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can result in liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

What happens next

When we receive a valid notice, we will review it promptly. If appropriate, we will remove or disable access to the material and may forward your notice to the person responsible for it so they can respond.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you may send a counter-notification to the same email address. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district where the Site operator can be found) and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in about ten to fourteen business days unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will limit or end access for users who are repeatedly found to infringe the rights of others.

Trademarks and other concerns

For trademark complaints or other legal concerns, please contact us at the same address, describing the issue and the exact page involved. See also our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
